Hello and Welcome! My name is Gauri. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Anger Management Specialist - Level 2.

At my practice I offer psychotherapy/counselling services and anger management therapy to; individuals (aged 17 years & up), couples and those involved with the criminal justice system. I use an integrative approach, drawing from different models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and more, to tailor treatment to the client's specific goals/needs. 

Areas of Support include: Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Relationships, Grief/Loss and Personality Disorders. 

Services are offered both in-person (Brampton, ON) and virtually (across Ontario).
